The SCALE Executive Assessment
See what's driving your growth, and what's holding it back
Your SCALE Score is one number out of 100, built from 20 questions about how your business runs today. The complimentary SCALE Executive Assessment scores five dimensions, Strategy, Conversion, AI and Automation, Leadership, and Execution, then names your strongest one and the two holding you back. It takes about seven minutes.
Strategy. Conversion. AI & Automation. Leadership. Execution.
No cost and no account. At the last step we ask for your name, email and company, then your score appears on screen.

Your SCALE Scorecard
What is in your SCALE Scorecard
An overall SCALE Score out of 100
One number that summarises how the five dimensions are performing together today.
Five dimension scores
Strategy, Conversion, AI & Automation, Leadership, and Execution, each scored out of 100.
Your strongest area
The dimension your answers rate highest, so you know what to build on.
Your two biggest constraints
The two lowest scoring dimensions, named as your primary and secondary constraint.
A plain reading of what it may mean
A short interpretation in plain language. It is a self reported instrument, not a diagnosis.
What is the SCALE Executive Assessment?
It is a complimentary self assessment for business owners and executives. You rate 20 statements about your company from 1 to 10 across five dimensions: Strategy, Conversion, AI & Automation, Leadership, and Execution. It then returns a SCALE Score showing where your business is strong and where it may be constrained.
Answer based on where your business is today, not where you want it to be. The value of the score depends entirely on how honestly the statements are rated, and nobody sees the answers except us.
How long does the assessment take?
About seven minutes. The 20 rated statements move quickly because each one is a single tap. A handful of short questions about your revenue, team size, goals, and constraints follow, then your contact details. Your progress is kept if you refresh the page part way through.
What is a SCALE Score?
Your SCALE Score is a number out of 100 built from your ratings. Each of the five dimensions is scored out of 100, and the overall score is the average of those five. The score names your strongest area and your two biggest constraints so the conversation starts in the right place.
What happens after I get my score?
Your scorecard appears on screen straight away and you can save or print it. From there you can schedule a private SCALE Strategy Session: a focused conversation about what your results suggest, what the constraints may be costing you, and what to prioritise over the next 12 months.
Is the SCALE Executive Assessment really free?
Yes. There is no cost, no account and no card. At the last step we ask for your name, email and company, and then your score appears on screen. Those details go to our customer relationship management system so we can follow up about your results, and we do not sell personal data.
What happens to my answers?
While you are working through the steps your answers stay in this browser tab, which is why refreshing the page does not lose them. When you finish, they are sent with your contact details to our customer relationship management system. Nobody sees them except us. The privacy policy sets out how to ask for access or deletion.
What are the five SCALE dimensions?
Strategy is direction, priorities and the biggest opportunities. Conversion is lead generation, sales process, follow up, referrals and pipeline. AI and Automation is where technology and systems create leverage. Leadership is delegation, accountability, communication and decision making. Execution is priorities, KPIs, accountability and 90 day execution cycles.
