This policy explains what information Cuantico Advisory Group collects through this site, why we collect it, and how you can ask us to provide or delete it. It covers the SCALE Executive Assessment and the application form on the SCALE12 program page.

What information do we collect?

We collect what you type into our forms, plus a small amount of anonymous usage data described below. There is no account, no login, and no advertising tracker on this site.

• Your assessment answers. The ratings you give to the 20 statements, and your answers to the executive questions about revenue band, employee count, revenue growth, your goals, your biggest constraint, your greatest opportunity, and how you define success.
• Your contact details. First name, last name, email address, company, and optionally your phone number and your job title.
• Anonymous usage data. We count page views and how far people get through the assessment, so we can see where the questions lose people. This is measured by a privacy-preserving analytics tool. It sets no cookies and stores nothing on your device, we do not record your IP address, and it never receives your answers or your contact details. It sees the page you are on and the step number you reached, nothing else.
• Your SCALE12 application details. The same contact details, your approximate annual revenue, and what you tell us about your biggest current challenge.

How do we use your information?

Submissions are sent to our customer relationship management system so we can return your SCALE Score, arrange a private SCALE Strategy Session, and follow up about whether SCALE12 is a fit. We may contact you by email or, if you gave us one, by phone. We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for advertising.

What is stored in your browser?

While you are part way through the assessment, your ratings and executive answers are kept in your browser tab's session storage so a refresh does not lose your progress. Your contact details are never stored there. The saved progress is cleared as soon as your assessment is submitted, and it disappears when you close the tab.

How do I request access or deletion?

Email us and ask. We will tell you what we hold about you, correct anything that is wrong, or delete it. Please write from the email address you used on the form, or give us enough detail to find your record. We aim to respond within 30 days.
